In this challenge we will workout for 30 consecutive days, clean up our eating habits, hold each other accountable, and you can join us!
Full follow along workout videos with a
built in timer will be sent directly to your phone
Get ready to workout on the clock for 4 rounds!
Each workout will be timed including your rest periods.
These workouts are gym or at home friendly.
All you need are two dumbbells.

All you need is a mat, 2 dumbells of your choice and your water for the 30 day challenge.
